ADULT WORK

1. Pick the class and sections you want to It is best to have a tag for every section you think you might enter. If you do not use them all, that’s okay, they can be kept for future entries.

2. Entry tags will be available to pick up at Lombardy Agricultural Society hall on Tuesday, July 30th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday August 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.

3. Fill in the Online Entry Form through AssistExpo (www.assistexpo.ca/lombardy-agricultural- society) OR download and complete a paper entry form. 
4. You must have a tag for each exhibit. This identifies you with your entry and allows us to compile results and give out prize money efficiently – they are very important.
5. Please bring your exhibit with the tag securely attached to the Hall on Thursday, August 1st between 6:00 p.m. and 9 p.m.
6. Where M.A. or S.Y.A is specified, you must attach a small piece of material or yarn used to create the article -a sample of each material or yarn is required.
7. In sponsored classes when “attach recipes” is specified you must attach your recipe to your tag to qualify for the prize offered.
8. Judging will be Friday August 2nd.
9. Entries can be picked up on Monday August 5th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Exhibits not picked up will be kept in the fair board office.
10. For winning entries, an envelope will be provided with winning when entries are picked up. Note: signature is required.
